Why I Built the Leadership Lab

I didn’t build this because I had all the answers.
I built it because I didn’t.

When I first had to lead people, I was great at the work—
but completely unprepared for what leadership required.

And I’ve seen that same story unfold repeatedly: smart, capable people are often left to figure it out on their own.

That’s why I created the Lab.
A space where leaders can grow real-world skills—
